Making Room for Yourself Beneath the Roles

You can love the people in your life and still miss having space for yourself. Both can be true.
So much of everyday life asks us to be something for someone else: a parent, a partner, a colleague, the person who remembers what needs doing. Those roles matter. But they do not tell the whole story of who you are.
Begin with curiosity
You do not need a complete plan for changing your life. Sometimes a useful beginning is simply noticing what you enjoy, what you miss and what you would like a little more room for.
You might reflect on these questions:
- When do I feel most like myself?
- What do I enjoy without needing to be good at it?
- Is there something I have stopped making time for?
There are no right answers. You can come back to these questions whenever you choose.
A conversation worth having
Our Inner Goddess Revival pages explore this journey in more depth. They are an invitation to get curious about the woman beneath the roles, at your own pace.
